New Routering Investment

Centre Signs (UK) Ltd,  has  upgraded its’ CNC router to support the increased demand that they have experienced since the start of their latest advertising campaign in Sign Update magazine.

This upgraded router cutting system has enabled CSL using a Tekcel Series E with automatic tool change facilities to produce larger quantities of  aluminium letters, acrylic letters and 2mm / 3mm thick brass  letters without compromising the quality of the product. In fact, the degree of precision made possible by the new system enables CSL’s craftsmen to achieve even greater consistency than before, coupled with the routers ability to cut perspex letter faces and templates means that CSL is able to reduce lead times even further whilst containing manufacturing costs, which is reflected in the very competitive prices that they are able to offer their customers.
